Shipping policy
We currently are only shipping to the United States and its territories. We will be offering international shipping soon.
All in stock orders will be shipped within 24 hours (or 1 business day) from the time your order is placed. If you order something that is on back-order, or in the chance of an inventory discrepancy, your order will be shipped the moment the item becomes available.
All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking. You will be notified via email or SMS (if you opted in) when your order ships. Currently, we offer First Class and Priority Mail shipping options via USPS. If you require expedited service, please contact us and we will make sure we can accommodate. If you are unable to receive USPS mail, please let us know and we can make arrangements to ship your order accordingly.
Free Shipping is available on all orders. Please note: we will ship your transaction via the most cost effective method with USPS.
FREE SHIPPING METHODS:
- 1-2 soaps in your order will be shipped First Class Mail
(3-5 day turnaround time from the time the shipment is received by the courier.) - 2+ soaps in your order will be shipped via Priority Mail (due to weight constraints).
If you would like two or more soaps shipped to more than one address under one order, just add each soap with the pertinent corresponding shipping info and check out accordingly. We will ship the soaps to the individual addressess you enter when adding them to the cart.
If any pending payment issues arise, we will reach out to rectify the situation at hand. After 3 days of no response or reply back from you via email or phone, we will cancel the order and refund your purchase.
